Your enquiry and photos

When you send an enquiry through our website form or by email, we receive your name, email address, city, what you would like help with, your message and any kitchen photos you include. A phone number is optional. We use these details to assess your kitchen and reply to you.

Private, not a portfolio submission

Your details and photos stay private. Sending them does not give permission to publish your photos or use them in marketing. That would require a separate agreement.

What to leave out

Please avoid faces, addresses, mail, financial documents and anything else you do not want included. Share photos only if you have permission to do so.

Where your enquiry is kept

The form shrinks your photos in your browser, then sends your enquiry to the business’s Google Workspace account. Your photos are saved in a private folder in the business’s Google Drive, and your enquiry, with the photos attached, arrives by email in the hello@littledrawer.co mailbox. The folder and the mailbox are private to Little Drawer Co. Enquiries you email to us directly are kept in the same mailbox.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. It has no database, analytics or advertising trackers. It does not take payment or add you to a mailing list.

Access, correction or deletion

To ask to see, correct or delete your details and photos, choose “Privacy request” in the enquiry form, or email us with the subject “Privacy request”.
